Behind FrontDoor+

We’re not your typical ticketing company.  Neil and I started as entrepreneurs first and avid event-goers second.

We’ve sat in the crowd at concerts, fairs, sporting events and festivals so many times, we’ve lost count.  We built FrontDoor+ because we saw what can (and does) go wrong at every turn and we decided to build better tools for everyone involved.

We have an ever-growing team working alongside us.  People who share our passion for simplicity, support and event-day peace of mind.

Based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada – we serve events across North America.  Every decision we make comes from someone who’s been in “that” crowd!
